Smoky Mountain Hydration provides wellness services. If you have an active viral infection and / or fever (unmedicated above 100.0 degrees in past 24 hours), we ask that you see your PCP or go to a walk-in clinic that provides sick care visits. When you are no longer contagious, but need a boost to get back on your feet and into your normal routine, we would be glad to see you to provide that wellness boost.

Although our business model did begin as a mobile service to Blount County and surrounding areas, we are NOT able to provide mobile services at this time. We do recommend Knox Drips (www.KnoxDrips.com) for mobile needs.

Because spending time with family is important to us, we are closed on holidays, unless otherwise announced. A good rule to follow is that if the bank is closed, we are closed as well. Please schedule appointments for days before or after holidays.

We have a variety of options for those looking to lose weight.
Semaglutide - This (the active ingredient in Wegovy) has been proven in many studies to assist with losing weight (even without diet and exercise). This injection, that goes just under the skin layer, can also be used with our Fat Burner Injections.
Fat Burner Injections - These injections are lipotropics which means that they help to redistribute the fat on your body and create flatter abdomen and leaner muscles. These are good for those on a diet and exercise program.
Melt Me - Weight management IV with many of the same lipotropic agents as the injection but in a higher dose to accelerate the fat burning process. Recommend for those on diet and exercise program who need help with last few pounds. Start with one weight management IV and then follow up weekly with with Fat Burner injections weekly until you hit your desired size/weight.

We like to speak to our patients about their goals with therapy to create a customized plan for the individual. Therapy can be delivered weekly or less often if desired. We would love to discuss this with you!

Yes! We have CONSENTS that are required prior to each service provided. We also require that an INTAKE FORM be completed at the time of appointment creation or at least 3-4 hours prior to the start of your appointment. This allows time for proper review of your medical history and time for any needed consult with our Medical Directors for certain medical conditions. If these are not completed as requested, your appointment will be cancelled.
-
Yes we do. If weather or road conditions are unsafe for our staff and/or clients, we will be closed. We will try our best to announce on social media and our website as soon as a decision is made. We will also reach out to appointments that will be affected and assist with rescheduling for another day. If we open late due to weather and/or road conditions, those appointments affected will not be delayed but rather cancelled / rescheduled.
-
We do accept walk-in appointments, however, we will be limiting the times that we accept walk-ins soon. Our patients who schedule appointments ahead of time take priority, so you may be asked to come at a later time that the schedule allows. To book your appointment, please click the BOOK NOW button at the top of the page.
