Forehead Lines (Frontalis)

Pricing is $13 per unit. Consultation and medical forms are completed before the injection. Appointments take 30-45 minutes, with a 20-minute follow-up about two weeks later. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required when booking and will be applied to your BOTOX cost.
